I’m a freelance editor, University of Chicago editing certificate holder, and EFA member who figured out that I could get paid for reading, and I haven’t looked back since. I provide copy editing, line editing, and proofreading, and I am always happy to answer questions about edits made. Editing is a collaborative process between the editor and the author, not something that the editor does in a vacuum. The whole point is to make your work shine! I’ve been editing professionally for three years, mainly trade nonfiction, historical thrillers, and assassin thrillers, but I’ll look at other genres too!

For over five years, I’ve worked as a freelance animator, developing pieces that explore rhythm, texture, and color as storytelling tools. I’m interested in how subtle motion and visual composition can evoke feeling and narrative without relying on dialogue. Alongside animation, I also work with digital design, audio editing, and 3D basics, allowing me to build complete and immersive visual experiences from concept to final piece.
